Choosing your dream kitchen can be so daunting with so much choice out there, thats where Westdown comes in to help make it an enjoyable and exciting experience.

First things first.... what type of property do you live in? This will help you decide if you want to go contemporary or traditional, although you can make it a twist and have a shaker handleless, so keeping it classical with the modern edge. With Hacker, Daval or Crown there is a style or colour available for you and we will explore all the options available.

Do your research, that is what makes a showroom visit very important. There are endless option of colours and materials but its my job to narrow this down and make the process as easy as possible for you. I always encourage customers to take samples home because the lighting in the showroom will be so different in your own home, Taupe especially changes in different lights!

Worktops... laminate is the most cost effective and now comes in so many colours and finishes, you can even have a wood effect with the feel of the woodgrain. Quartz is the most popular choice with its hard wearing properties and colour choices and not porous like Granite. Although I must admit you can't beat the beauty of a natural piece of Granite, but again a showroom visit will help you with all these choices.

We have chosen to work with Neff, Siemens, Samsung and Blaupunkt for our appliances. They all have there unique selling points, Neff with the 'slide away door', Siemens modern on trend look and Samsung with the dual fan oven. Yes you can actually cook in one oven using two different temperatures. Airfry, bread making, roasting with steam, part steam, full steam the options are endless.
