Ideally you will have visited our showroom and viewed our vast range of bathroom products. Having seen the wide choice available, you will feel reassured to know help is at hand from our team of expert bathroom designers. Each have a sure knowledge of all the available components to make your bathroom beautiful.

We would advise you to book an appointment for a Westdown representative to carry out a survey of the intended bathroom, this enables us to make the best use of available space to complete our designs and installation service.

The design proccess is broken down into the following steps:

• An appointment will be made for our representative to visit your home, to measure and discuss your requirements.
• A detailed design and priced quote will be prepared. The quotation will be sent to you with an invitation to revisit our showroom to view and discuss the products in detail.
• A showroom appointment will be made where your quotation will be discussed, and amendments made if necessary.
• A revised quote will be sent for our customer approval.
• If the quotation is to your satisfaction, a deposit invoice will be forwarded to you with a job start date.
